How Kate Middleton is Redefining Her Royal Role
After Meghan Markle and Prince Harry left their royal duties, Kate Middleton and Prince Williams have added responsibility. Being the only working royals of their age, they have stepped up their game. While fully supporting her husband, Duchess of Cambridge is redefining her own role as a royal.
After Princess Diana, Duchess of Cambridge is another beloved royal.
It is no secret that the world was obsessed with her mother-in-law. Therefore, when Prince Williams announced his engagement to Kate Middleton, the entire world’s eyes were on her. Their wedding ceremony was watched by more than 300 million viewers. Since then, she has become Britain’s favorite royal. While it is not easy adjusting in the royal family, Duchess of Cambridge held her own. Along with Prince Harry, she founded mental health awareness campaign, Heads Together. Apart from that, her charity works focus on issues related to young people, art and addiction. Since the beginning, her fashion choices have inspired many designers and have remained a focus for media. For two consecutive years, Time magazine selected her as the most influential person in the world.
Since Megxit, Kate Middleton has started redefining her royal role.
Although Prince Williams and Duchess have added responsibility, they do it with strength and confidence. Mainly, Kate Middleton supports her husband on his journey to being the king. However, she has an equally important role as a royal. Since her marriage, she has been clear about what issues she wants to focus on and how to do it. Her approachable, honest and open nature makes her a favorite among public. Earlier this year, Kate Middleton launched an early childhood survey to further enhance her work for young children. Since Princess Charlotte’s birth, she has been taking pictures of her family. This move has hurt the paparazzi market. It is also an excellent way to engage with the public. During the lockdown, Kate Middleton teamed up with National Portrait Gallery to hold a photography contest, Hold Still.
