PewDiePie Says That Jenna Marbles’ Act Doesn’t Represent Her
Felix Kjellberg, AKA PewDiePie, had all the nice things to say about Jenna Marbles. He continues to adapt and change his content to fir the times and even raised $ 106,000 on YouTube for charity to the Black Lives Matter movement. Since he is no stranger to controversies, he felt he should speak up about the wrong that has happened with Marbles. Here is what he said:
“Jenna Marbles was one of the most genuinely good people on this platform and now she gets bullied off the site by mistakes that happened 8-10 years ago… Who care? There actions reflect in no way who she is and the content she makes today, anyone who watcher her can see that. Some things were more leviant a few years ago – that’s not to say it was right, but where the line is drawn from the past and today seems non existent. I though the point was to learn from your mistakes and do better? We all have problems in our past, no one in the world is perfect.
This site will be filled with nothing but douchetubers who don’t care, while the people who do, gets pushed out. So disappointed with the internet and how far things have gotten.”
PewDiePie’s defense of Jenna Marbles comes after the latter was accused of multiple offensive acts regarding blackface. Marbles defend that it was only a dark spray tan but still apologized for the harmful impact that was caused.
