Justin Bieber Is Suing Twitter Users Over Sexual Assault Allegation
Popstar Justin Bieber will not let this slide as he is suing the Twitter users who claimed that he sexually assaulted them back in 2014 and 2015. Two Twitter users, who possibly had their real names hidden, came out just a week ago to claim that the star sexually assaulted them during the time when he was in a relationship with Selena Gomez. The 26-year-old clearly denied the claims in a series of tweets and also posted evidence that he was not at the location the alleged victims claim him to be. The evidence revealed that he was with Gomez during that night. He also mentioned that his wife, Hailey Baldwin-Bieber completely supported him.
Justin Bieber Is Suing His Alleged Sexual Assault Victims
TMZ reports that Justin Bieber is suing the two girls that came forward to expose him. In his legal documents, Bieber states that he has ‘indisputable documentary evidence that proves that the sexual assault claims are all false, outrageous, and fabricated lies. He also states that the tweets by Danielle and Kadi, the two alleged victims, are malicious and seem to be a coordinated effort to tarnish his reputation.
Justin Bieber further adds that he believes that two accounts may be run by a single person. For this reason, he is seeking $20 million in damages; $ 10 million from each side.
Danielle, almost a week ago, posted explicit and lengthy details about the event that happened with Justin Bieber at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas on March 9, 2014. However, the singer counters that while he was in Austin during the time, he was not staying in that hotel. Rather he was at a rental property with Selena Gomez and she was with him all night.
Justin Bieber believes that Danielle might have made her claim about the hotel only because he was there to eat at a restaurant on March 10.
