Matrix Series | Matrix 4 Back To Filiming And Keanu Reeves Returns To
All major movie productions in Hollywood have paused operations thanks to the coronavirus pandemic and the resultant lockdown. The lockdown has been in place for a couple of months now and there is no telling when will it end. However, it seems like, for Matrix series, it might be over. Keanu Reeves’ Matrix 4 has begun production even though the rest of the production houses are observing the break. The movie was only four weeks inside its shooting when it too shut down in mid-March. Although the movie delayed its production by almost a year, going inside 2022, we see Reeves and Neil Patrick Harris return to set.
Matrix Series’ Reeves, Harris And Moss Head To Berlin For Shooting
According to TMZ reports, the crew and cast of Matrix series’ upcoming movies are out in Berlin to begin shooting. The photos released show Keanu Reeves, Neil Patrick Harris, and Carrie-Anne Moss heading, quite possibly, to the trailers. However, director Lana Wachowski earlier announced that they were to begin filming back on July 6. The presence of the three main actors now suggests that the movie is going to begin production sooner now.
The Matrix series hit cinemas back in 1999, the original trilogy ending in 2003 with The Matrix Revolutions. For the fans, the movie series seemed like to have reached an end as both Neo and Trinity die in the final chapter. Now the fans know how wrong they were as last year they heard about a fourth movie coming out.
What we know for now is that Reeves and Moss will be reprising their roles as Neo and Trinity. However, Neil’s role is pretty under wraps for now. There are other stars joining as well, and all of their roles are under the covers for now. These stars include Jessica Henwick, Yahya Abdul-Mateen, Jonathan Groff, Brian J. Smith, and India’s Priyanka Chopra.
