Rebel Wilson Admits Weight Loss Is Difficult Due To Emotional Eating

Actress Rebel Wilson might be rocking her best body yet, but she is certainly not in the ideal weight range which she prefers. The actress admits that while she has her mind on her work, it is also on her fitness. She admitted that she is an emotional eater which has made her dieting plans difficult to follow. However, she remains determined, even during the coronavirus outbreak. It might have caused a hiccup for the 40-year-old however, she will continue on her New Year’s Resolution of making 2020 a year of health.

Rebel Wilson Talks About Weight Loss

Rebel Wilson appeared on Australia’s Nova 96.9 radio show to talk about her weight loss. Here is what she said:

“It’s hard! I theme my years, last year was the year of love and yeah that didn’t work out. So I was determined that this year is the year is health and I’m determined to succeed in this mission.”

Rebel Wilson wants to continue her journey towards weight loss and gaining her ideal body size. She also detailed that through this process she is actually trying to work on her emotional side. She later told that because of the coronavirus lockdown, this journey became difficult for her. The stress she faced forced her into eating more than usual.

“I’m a bit of an emotional eater. So I’ve been trying to work on my mind, listen to a lot of podcasts about it and trying to learn and grow. Because it is half in your mind as well. It’s been going well though. Hopefully by the end of this pandemic I’ll be ripped!”

Rebel Wilson then went on to Sunrise Australia to talk about her weight loss. Yet again, she told the host that the pandemic lockdown made things difficult for her. She was forced to go out in the park, lie down on the dirt to do her sit-ups. However, since there is a hint of cool mornings, which will make work out easier for her, she looks hopeful.
