You read that right. Sofia Richie and Scott Disick have called it quits after being together for 3 years.

E! News confirmed the reality star and model have broken up. A source revealed, “They are technically ‘split’ but Sofia has been in touch with Scott.” The source also went on to reveal that there wasn’t a bad fight or anything that led to their breakup.

What Led To Sofia Splitting With Scott?

The breakup only came about because Sofia wishes to do her own thing while Scott figures out his health issues.

It was also revealed that Sofia Richie thinks Scott Disick has a lot on his plate right now. She thinks it’s the best time for them to be apart so Scott can focus on himself much better. It was primarily Sofia’s decision to take time apart only because she thinks that’s what is in Scott’s best interest. She has also removed majority of her stuff out of Scott’s house and is spending time with her family.

However, it’s not the first time the two have taken some time apart. And from what the source revealed, doesn’t seem like it’d be the last.  The source thinks “it’s very likely they will reconcile” in the near future.

The news of the split came after Scott had been seen celebrating his 37th birthday in quarantine. Richie was nowhere to be seen in the celebrations. Scott celebrated with the Kardashian and Jenner family and cut the traditional Hansens cake.

Sofia and Scott had recently been trying to get out of the rehab stint Scott was in. It was reported that Sofia was supporting him but was also encouraging him to get the help he needs. It was also reported that Sofia was the one who called up Kourtney Kardashian, the mother of Scott’s children, to give him the push he needed to go for rehab.
