Chrissy Teigen Responds To Accusations Of Stealing Recipe
Chrissy Teigen has recently been a target of some gruesome headlines. From cookbook author, Alison Roman, making snide remarks about her to taking a short social media break. she has had a hell of a week. However, as it turns out, she’s not done being in the headlines just yet.
It looks like the internet trolls have made it their goal to not let the Cravings author relax in quarantine. Recently, a Twitter user replied to Chrissy, accusing her of stealing a recipe. The user didn’t specify what recipe or from whom she allegedly copied it from.
“You can’t cook or not copy someone’s idea from their cookbook!” the user said to Chrissy Teigen. “It’s copying even tho you changed one thing! Come up with your own s–t! Ya f–king bum! Chef Mike saw your s–t and might file a suit! I just saw you review and he called me! Stick with your [Filipino] s–t.”
I mean, the audacity. However, it didn’t take long for Chrissy Teigen to clap back at the troll.
No idea who chef mike is but he probably wouldn’t be happy to learn that you, a friend of his worthy of calling, is outing him about his impending lawsuit.

Chrissy Teigen claps back
And of course, it was a clap-back in true Chrissy Teigen fashion. With sarcasm and humor. She tweeted saying, “No idea who chef mike is but he probably wouldn’t be happy to learn that you, a friend of his worthy of calling, is outing him about his impending lawsuit.”
She continued by asking this Twitter user who this Chef Mike was so she could speak to him. Chrissy also clarified she has never stolen a recipe. Especially someone she hasn’t even heard of. “Imagine the ego to think someone is copying you when they haven’t heard of you?,” she continued.
This clap back came from Chrissy hours later she accepted Alison Roman’s apology and thanked her.
