The Mandalorian Season 2 Featuring Boba Fett Excites Mark Hamill
If anyone is still salty about The Mandalorian not letting out a single ‘peep’ when they were working on The Child, or baby Yoda, shouldn’t complain anymore. The new season of the series still has many months to go and already rumors are spreading like wildfire. It all started with Rosario Dawson starring as Ahsoka Tano. This led to Captain Rex, and now Boba Fett’s appearance as well. Furthermore, these are only the major rumors that we are speaking of, with only Dawson’s role getting confirmation. There are others as well. Odd it may be, unlike the debut season, season 2 of The Mandalorian is going to start full of these whispers and we can’t wait to see which ones are true. Perhaps Mark Hamill’s excitement towards Fett’s appearance is another confirmation?
Mark Hamill Reacts To Boba Fett’s News
Only last week, the Star Wars universe got to know that Temuera Morrison, who played as Jango Fett and did the voice for Boba Fett, would be joining the Disney+ show. As so it happens, Boba Fett has escaped the dangerous Sarlacc Pitt in the Empire Strikes Back. Answering this question, Hamill spoke about The Mandalorian season 2:
“I thought he was a decade into getting digested at this point. There’s so many ways they can go and Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are both the right people for the job. They know it better than I do.”
Hamill continued to tell that it was his son who recommended him to watch the Disney+ show.
“My son said you have to watch The Mandalorian and I think it’s great how they were able to keep it so minimalist with the characters and the story and [still] keep it mainstream. I thought it was more in theme with what George wanted originally.”
We also have the rumor that Clone Wars’ character Bo-Katan Kryze will also be coming on The Mandalorian Season 2. As quickly as these rumors are falling on us, are any of them even going to be true? Only time will tell.
