Denise Richards says her kids with Charlie Sheen may have daddy Issues

Denise Richards worries that because of her exes’ past, Charlie Sheen their daughters might face some rather inconvenient repercussions. The former couple shares two teenage daughters. The forty-nine-year-old actress expressed concerns for her daughters and worries that they may experience some form of daddy issues in their future.

Richards said:

“There’s a lot that the kids don’t know about their dad, and I want to keep it that way.”

She continued to say during a confessional episode of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” that she tries to keep some information about the daughters’ dad silent from them. Because she does not want her daughters left confused and developing daddy issues.

According to Page Six, their daughters are now sixteen, Sam and fourteen, Lola.

Richards further confessed saying:

“Even though he’s Charlie Sheen, that is still, to them, their dad. I never talk badly about him and I want him to be part of their lives because I met a lot of the women that Charlie entertained and a lot of them had father-daughter issues. And I do not want that to be our girls.”

The couple was married between 2002 and 2006. Along with Sam and Lola, Richards adopted daughter Eloise Joni in 2011. Now the actress and actor from “Two and a Half Men” have a court showing in November. But, Richards is having second thoughts about all of this now, especially keeping her daughters well being in sight. She has come to this decision after a bad episode with Sheen in the last court appearance. The actress also says that it is a long, on going process with so many levels to it. And she feels she is not up for it again.
