What Happened When Luke Bryan’s Bar Opened Up?
After protest from many Americans, some states are planning to lift the stay-at-home orders. However, Luke Bryan’s bar in Florida has opened its doors for the customers and has gone against the State’s orders.
Not only is he an incredible singer, but Bryan also has many business ventures as well
Best known for his country music, Luke Bryan started his music career with writing songs for Travis Tritt and Billy Currington. In 2007, he signed a contract with Capitol Nashville. So far, he has released nine albums with 23 number one hits. Academy of Country Music Awards and Country Music Association awarded him the ‘Entertainer of the Year’ award in 2013. Since 2018, Luke Bryan has been a judge on American Idol along with Katy Perry and Lionel Richie. Apart from that, Luke Bryan’s bar and restaurant are very famous in Nashville. His biggest business venture is a multi-level entertainment facility. Spread on 30,000 sq ft, Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink is located in the heart of Nashville. It includes eight bars, three stages for live music, and two restaurants.
Despite the orders of lockdown, Luke Bryan’s bar in Florida was open for customers
Although the many American States, including Florida, have lifted the lockdown, Luke Bryan’s bar in Florida had already held a grand opening. On Friday, Luke Bryan’s bar, Shore Things Cigars was flooded with customers without their masks and other safety gear. In order to celebrate the re-opening, there was also karaoke night. Apart from that, Luke Bryan’s bar offered free crawfish with the purchase of a sampler beer pack. The pictures and videos of festivities were posted on social media. However, they have been deleted since. Although Florida governor, Ron DeSantis, had already planned to open many businesses including restaurants, bars were to remain closed.
This act seems insensitive and dangerous as Florida has already seen more than 1300 deaths due to coronavirus.
