What life is like for Jim Parsons after Big Bang Theory
Famous Sheldon played by Jim Parsons in the hit TV show, Big Bang Theory talks about his life after the show ended. The award-winning actor says he was lost after the show ended. And did not know what to do.
The star commented saying that he reflected on life aftermath BBT. He has done very little work outside his role as Sheldon Cooper especially after the show began airing back in the early 2000s. The super hit TV show loved by so many came to an end last after twelve seasons.
So what do loaded superstars do when they’re not busy shooting and working? Buy an Island perhaps. Or live like a pro on the world’s most expensive yacht?
Nay. Jim Parsons did none of that. Instead, he has signed up for a Netflix miniseries called Hollywood. The series is created by Ryan Murphy. and Parsons plays a real-life talent agent, Henry Willson.
Jim Parson and Hollywood collision
Speaking to The Globe and Mail, the actor said:
“Ryan approached me at a time in my life and career where I had honestly no idea what was next or what I wanted to do. It was only a few months after Big Bang had ended. I’m not going to tell you what I was looking for, because I didn’t know. I thought I’d know it when I saw it. Then Ryan came along and that’s all I needed to know. I love the people he surrounds himself with and the kinds of projects that he does. It always feels very right, like a part of my artistic family.”
Parsons went on to appreciate Murphy’s keen eye. He explained that Murphy sees in actors and knows that they can perform in ways that they themselves have not thought of before.
