In order to raise funds for COVID-19 fund relief, Ciara and Russell Wilson came up with a unique idea. The couple auctioned a double dinner date with them. It seems that they have really generous fans as the auction was closed at 240k dollars.
Apart from being a ridiculously good-looking couple, Ciara and Russell Wilson are a talented duo
Although they got married in 2016, the couple has been in news since ages. While Ciara is a famous singer and songwriter, Russell Wilson is the quarterback for Seattle Seahawks. Before they got together, Wilson knew he wanted to be with the Dance Like We’re Making Love star. While talking about it, he said:
“I told somebody that’s the girl I want to be with before I even met her. Before I met her, I was like, ‘I’m probably going to end up with Ciara.’”
On the other hand, the singer has expressed her happiness in finding the love of her life. She said:
“When you allow yourself to be vulnerable, you become your strongest. When I met the love of my life it was not only loving me, it was to love my son.”
Previously, the couple has been in news over the dispute of raising Ciara’s son Future, with his father, the rapper, Future. However, it seems that the dust has settled and the couple is expecting their second child together.
Recently, they auctioned a double date for their All In Challenge charity to raise funds for the COVID-19 relief fund
In order to help raise funds, Ciara and Russell Wilson offered their fans a chance to have a double dinner date with them. This offer was a part of the biggest fundraiser, All In Challenge. In this fundraiser, many celebrities like Justin Bieber, Madonna, David Beckham, Magic Johnson, Jamie Foxx, and Tom Brady, have taken part. Initially, the bid was at 10,000 dollars. However, it turned up to 32k on the final day. After 41 bids, the auction was closed at 240k dollars to an anonymous bidder.
While we agree that Ciara and Russell Wilson are a hot couple but no one anticipated the double date to raise so much money. Good for all of them!
