Liam Payne opens up about missing son’s birthday
Daddy Direction is a daddy. Liam Payne, the One Direction member has a 3 years old son, Bear. That is probably the cuddliest name ever. Okay not probably, really. The now solo singer is pretty comfortable with a camera and the media. He is candid about his feelings and does not hesitate from talking to the cameras. Again, the man has nothing to fear. Well, except Louis Tomlinson egging his house. Recently he has spilled many secrets about the One Direction Reunion Anniversary plans and word has it that Louis is not happy. Although, even the word is Liam Payne himself. However, in a recent chat with Good Morning Britain, Liam Payne talks about missing his son’s birthday. He shares Bear with ex Cheryl Cole.
Liam Payne talks about missing his son’s 3rd birthday
It cannot be easy for a parent to miss their child’s birthday and the same is the case for One Direction heartthrob Liam. He was forced to miss his son’s birthday because of the COVID-19 Coronavirus (SARS-CoV2) Pandemic outbreak.
It was a really tough call to make, to not go down for his birthday but I discussed it with Cheryl and we just thought that it was the best option.
Liam Payne goes on to talk about how he did not want to miss his son’s birthday. However, the risk of infecting anyone was one he did not want to take.
I’m out here in the city and I’d been exposed to so many things before his birthday and we were slowly finding out more information about this thing. And it just seemed like the right thing to do at the time, which was horrible and missing out wasn’t great.
Liam also goes on to add a little appreciation note for technology. He says that even though it is usually what drives us all apart, it is very helpful in these trying times.
I got a lot of pictures and videos and I did a little FaceTime, but that’s the hardest thing. It’s quite funny how the technology that was pushing us so far apart is bringing us closer together.
We hope the pandemic is over soon so we can all be around our loved ones on their special days.
