Dwayne Johnson Talks About Marriage On IG TV

Dwayne Johnson shared with his fans how he had been getting requests from people to talk about his marriage life during the quarantine. He specified two people, one husband and another a wife, asked him to talk about the positive aspects of marriage life and how to bear with each other. At first, politely laughing at the state of questions the body-builder got, he got his serious face on to talk about marriage.

Dwayne Johnson used the term “being snippy” when talking about light quarreling in his marriage. He started off by revealing that the quarantine had a very positive impact on his marriage and with his children.

“We get snippy with each other, we argue. I gotta be honest with you, you know when this thing first started, I was really wobbly at times. I was trying to get my s**t together and try to understand it because I was trying to think ten steps ahead. What does the future look like? What does the new normal look like when I go back to work, school, my household. We’re all thinking about this, it’s a lot of pressure.”

Dwayne Johnson also revealed that he has also found himself apologizing to his wife, mostly over ego issues. However, he claims that his wife has a high EQ and she understands how to manage his man.

“We realized kinda quickly how critical it was for us to be ultra considerate, caring and empathetic of one another. Be even better listeners. Even better communicators. Recognize that during these times, we’re not operating at full brain & emotional EQ capacity as we usually are.”
