Scarlett Johansson is The Cause of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman Feud
When it comes to feuds, Hollywood has a new one every day. However, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s feud is of a different nature. It’s mostly full of jokes and no one takes it seriously. However, everyone loves to hear an update on their ‘feud’. Recently, it was revealed that the hilarious feud all began with Scarlett Johansson.
Other than being the ultimate superheroes, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are expert pranksters
It would not be wrong to say that they both hold certain expertise in trolling each other. While people love them for their films and the characters they play, their bromance also has its own fan base. Whether its film sets or social media, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman leave no chance at trolling each other. Recently, Hugh Jackman celebrated his 24th wedding anniversary with Deborra-Lee Furness. On his Instagram post, he wrote a heartfelt caption that received a lot of love from his fans. However, Ryan Reynolds hilariously commented and asked his wife to hang in there. This comment also got a lot of attention. Now its Hugh Jackman’s turn to get back at him.
A few days ago, Jackman revealed that Scarlett Johansson is the reason behind their feud
Long before Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds was married to the Black Widow star, Scarlett Johansson. However, they got divorced in 2011. According to Jackman, their legendary feud started because of her.
Initially, Jackman could not even remember how and when it started and said:
“How did it start? It’s gone back so long now… God, this is a classic sign where your feud has gone too long, where you don’t even know why or how it started!”
However, later, Hugh Jackman said:
“I met him back on ‘Wolverine’, and I used to ream him because I was very close friends with Scarlett, and Scarlett had just married Ryan, so when he came on set I was like, ‘Hey, you better be on your best behavior here, pal, because I’m watching,’ and we started ribbing each other that way, and then it all escalated with the ‘Deadpool’ thing and him calling me out, and trying to manipulate me through social media to do what he wanted.”
When asked about when he might be getting back at Reynolds, Hugh Jackman said:
“I try to limit it to five hours a day, planning retribution. I’ve found in the past that it just gets unhealthy if it’s more than five hours of obsessing over how to get Ryan Reynolds. But five hours is good and healthy and keeps me strong and ready.”
While Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson have since moved on in their lives, the bromance between him and Jackman is everlasting. It would be interesting to see what Hugh Jackman comes up with.
