Reese Witherspoon Draper James attempt to bring a smile on the faces of female teachers of America amid the Coronavirus pandemic is making headlines but for all the wrong reasons. Apparently, her label is unable to giveaway free dresses to all applicants as promised.

Reese Witherspoon’s label Draper James Receives Backlash
Little Fires Everywhere actress, Reese Witherspoon is wanted to show a little extra love amid the COVID-19 lockdown. However, her free giveaway idea is not going as planned. She wanted to give a beautiful Draper James dress to every female educator in the US for free.
However, things did not go as expected and the number of applicants probably exceeded the dresses available in their stock. Out of over a million applications, only around 250 were lucky enough to receive their gift. Here’s a reaction to Reese Witherspoon’s initiative by one many unlucky teachers.
Such an amazing gift. No email here either and I completed my form well in advance. I guess I didn’t realize it was a contest. At the same, congrats to everyone who made the cut. It’s nice to be thought of during this difficult time.
When Little Fires Everywhere actress Resse Witherspoon’s label Draper James took on the challenge, they promised to give it to everyone eligible. Golden Globes winner’s clothing brand announced it on its official Instagram account.
Dear Teachers: We want to say thank you. During quarantine, we see you working harder than ever to educate our children. To show our gratitude, Draper James would like to give teachers dresses for free. To apply, complete the form at the link in bio before this Sunday, April 5th, 11:59 PM ET.
