Quarantine affects everyone’s routine

daily routines. Tamra’s routine was also majorly affected because of isolation. While she’s been investing her time in unpacking. Because the pandemic happened right when she was moving houses, being at home constantly is extremely irregular for the RHOC star.

All things considered, the entrepreneur is normally always occupied with work. However, right now she’s stuck at home like the rest of us. She noticed, she’s begun to eat significantly more than normal. Simply out of boredom. During an interview with HollywoodLife, she uncovered how she is thinking about disciplining her eating habits more now.

Tamra’s fitness goals during quarantine

exercise routine and she revealed the details:

“I’m able to go to my gym whenever I want because it’s empty since we closed down. However, I’ve just been so busy with moving and being in boxes that it’s been pretty hard to get there. But I try to take walks every single day. Starting Monday I’m back on schedule.”

Tamra Judge also emphasized on the fact that she is also watching what she eats. As that is one of the major aims when trying to remain fit.
