Matthew McConaughey Hosting Bingo Night Is Absolutely Wholesome
If we wanted just one wholesome news on TV channels during the coronavirus pandemic, we would watch this one over and over again. Matthew McConaughey spent a night to entertain the senior citizens of Texas by holding a virtual Bingo night with them. It was back in September when The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living asked the actor-professor. He responded and called the numbers over video chat to hold a fun-filled night with all of them. McConaughey is spreading laughs when everyone is currently locked inside homes during the outbreak, and it’s the sweetest!

McConaughey could not leave home to visit the elderly in his state. However, he did, probably the next best thing, he could and we are loving it. On a video conference call, He called the numbers as his mother, wife, and children accompanied him. Whenever a person reached “bingo”, the prize was to ask the actor any question they wanted to.
NME reported the event and tells that the facility’s director Molly Davis Nedley was extremely happy with what happened. “This was a wish come true“, she exclaimed. She further added:
“The residents absolutely loved seeing Matthew and his family and enjoyed hearing him talk about what he’s doing to get through this crisis. It gave them hope and was the boost that they needed to get through this lonely, challenging time.”
