Lewis Capaldi joins Fallon Tonight

The famous Scottish singer joined The Tonight Show via video chat on April 3, 2020. His latest single “Before You Go” is at No. 1 on UK’s Billboard Singles chart. And it was the very same song that he performed for the show. He made an appearance on the live show in 2019 but this time around he did it from his home. Jimmy Fallon said right before ending the episode that before you go we have Lewis Capaldi performing “Before You Go”. He is funny like that, isn’ he? This song is the most personal song of Lewis Capaldi according to a statement on his Instagram.

He released his first album “Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent” in May 2019. It was the top debut album in UK’s charts and still lies in the list among the top ten albums. About his wild journey so far he said:

The past year has been absolutely wild, didn’t in a million years think all of this stuff would happen to me. Less than two years ago, I was lucky enough to get to gig in small pubs and bars back home in Scotland and somehow am writing this with a Number 1 single in America.
