Last year, the news came out that Jake Gyllenhaal have framed his pictures of himself all over the house. However, he has denied the news and has finally responded.

Although he has made his place in Hollywood, Jake Gyllenhaal was bound to be an actor

Born in a filmmaker household and brother to Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jake Gyllenhall grew up on film sets. His debut character was Billy Crystal’s son in City Slickers. In 2001, he starred in Donnie Darko which is considered a cult favorite despite not doing good at the box office. After that film, he established his name among the serious and highly talented actors. Since then, Jake Gyllenhaal has starred in films like Zodiac, Jarhead, End of Watch, Spiderman, Nocturnal Animals, and Nightcrawler.

For Brokeback Mountain, he was nominated for Academy Award and won BAFTA Award. However, people started making wrong assumptions about his sexual orientation after his intimate scenes with Heath Ledger. About the news, Jake Gyllenhaal said:

You know it’s flattering when there’s a rumor that says I’m bisexual. It means I can play more kinds of roles. I’m open to whatever people want to call me. I’ve never really been attracted to men sexually, but I don’t think I would be afraid of it if it happened.

After news circulated that he frames pictures of himself, Gyllenhaal has responded

Last year, the news came out that Jake Gyllenhaal’s house is full of his own pictures. According to this story, someone overheard an art-framing store owner saying that Gyllenhaal comes to his store all the time to get pictures of himself framed. However, Jake Gyllenhaal has responded and denied the news. He said:

“So what I think happened is — because I can safely say here that I don’t have any framed photographs of myself in my apartment — is that I have a production office, and at the production office we have posters of my movies.”

Although he has called the news rubbish, even if he does frame his pictures, can we blame him?
