David Spade’s show isn’t coming back to Comedy Central
I guess we can all agree what American publisher Bennet Cerf said during the early 90’s:
“the person who can bring the spirit of laughter in a room is indeed blessed”
And such is blessed the David spade. The “Grown-ups” actor who has brought so many people to laughter. In July 2019, he started to appear in a late-night show “Lights Out” where he once again tried to bring that joy to peoples’ faces.
Something he was famous for but luck wasn’t his way this time. The late-night show hasn’t been the same since Stephen Colbert moved from the network over CBS. And David Spade
was handed over the job to bring the audience viewership to the highest. But Spade wasn’t very successful.
Why hasn’t David Spade been successful though?
Just like me, you might be wondering that how could a person like David spade fail to bring laughter this time? Well, the coronavirus’s mass destruction is no longer a secret for anyone and now. Because of coronavirus, the show had to halt just like every other show. Yes, my friends, you take a man’s laughter and you take away his very hope. In our darkest times, the laughter and hope are given by the comedy shows and skits. Many platforms exist like TV, YouTube, Netflix for that purpose. Well, everything ages and just like that humor ages too. That’s why the show wasn’t very successful since it started airing on Comedy Central because of the old humor.
However, David Spade is not giving up. He says the show by the ViacomCBS cable network will be shopped to other networks. Let’s see if David Spade’s show will be saved or not. Personally, I’m rooting for him!
