Now we know everyone is stuck indoors with little to do. Some are working from home. And some are bored out of their minds with little to do. I mean, there’s only so much you can watch on Netflix. While social distancing during this global pandemic is super important, it’s also driving us a little crazy.The perfect ingredient for disaster.

We have a solution for people who are bored and people who are tired of eating the same thing. We have a few recipes for you to try out. And before you go like, “but we don’t know how to make anything!” Do not worry. These recipes are extremely simply and easy to follow. The best part, they require only 3 ingredients. And these 3 ingredients for each of these recipes are sure to be found in every kitchen. So let’s get started.

Dalgona Coffee

To start off your productive day, we bring you the very popular Dalgona Coffee. You need instant coffee, sugar and only water. Put it all in a bowl and whisk it 400 times. That’s what the recipe says. However, I couldn’t wait that long and I used a mixer. It gives you the same results so why not? Then take your glass, add a few ice cubes per your liking and fill up the glass 3/4th with milk. Add a spoonful of your coffee mixture on it and voila! You’re done! Mix it all up and enjoy your dalgona coffee!

Souffle Eggs

Don’t put away your mixer just yet. For breakfast, we have souffle eggs. Crack as many eggs as you’d like to eat in a bowl. Add salt according to your taste. And mix it all up until the mixture resembles a cloud. Once it’s all white and fluffy, go ahead and grease your pan with some butter, your third ingredient. Pour your eggs in and let them cook on low flame for 10 minutes. You may also cover your pan to make sure it cooks throughout. Then dish it out and you have a cloudy goodness on your plate!

Teriyaki Chicken

Now for lunch, we have an easy teriyaki chicken. The ingredients: chicken, soya sauce and honey. That’s it. So start off with grilling your chicken on a hot pan. Once it starts cooking, add soya sauce and some honey. Now this recipe just calls for some winging it. So keep tasting the sauce, if it’s too salty, add more honey. And there you have it. The 3 ingredient Teriyaki Chicken. How simple was that?

Mac N’ Cheese

Time for dinner! What better way to spend quarantine than with some carbs?! So for dinner, we have the good ol’ mac n’ cheese. For our 3 ingredient mac n’ cheese, we need pasta, milk and cheese. Pour some milk in a pan and put all your uncooked pasta in it. Let it cook until the milk turns into a creamy sauce. Then add your cheese. There’s no such thing as too much cheese so just eyeball it. Cook until the cheese is all mixed. And there you have it. Your 3 ingredient mac n’ cheese is ready!
