Selena Gomez Reveals To Miley Cyrus She Has Bipolar Mental Disorder

Singer Selena Gomez looked to be in the mood to have a deep conversation with Miley Cyrus when they both went on an Instagram Live session. The Lose you To Love Me singer, Selena Gomez, then told everyone that she has a bipolar disorder. The star appeared on Friday in Cyrus’s show Bright Minded where she decided to make things serious and talk about her health issues. Gomez also revealed that she has been visiting one of the greatest mental institutes in America for this.

Selena Gomez Has A Bipolar Disorder

Selena Gomez talked spoke of her bipolar disorder and told this to the fans & audience:

“Recently, I went to one of the best mental hospitals in America, McLean Hospital, and I discussed that after years of going through a lot of different things, I realized that I was bipolar. And so when I got to know more information, it actually helps me. It doesn’t scare me once I know it.”

The two celebrity singers decided to reconnect after Selena Gomez commented with a butterfly emoji on one an Instagram post. Talking about this small comment, Cyrus seemed to be incredibly appreciative of it. She thanked Gomez, telling people that it was okay and enough of a move to make an emoji to connect with someone.

“I’m just really happy that we did this new DM. It was very sweet because you just sent a butterfly emoji. And that’s enough, connecting with people and letting them know that you’re there. A butterfly emoji is totally enough.”

During the live session, Selena Gomez also talked about coronavirus other than bipolar disorder. She urged people to take social distancing seriously and think about others who are sacrificing their life. She added that she has donated money to hospitals, possibly hinting that everyone else should make an effort as well.
