Michelle Money’s fifteen-year-old daughter has been battling for another chance at life. She met a terrible accident after slipping while skateboarding without a helmet.

Her daughter has been on life support until yesterday. Because yesterday the doctor took her in for surgery to relieve pressure on her brain. And until before the surgery she has been kept in a medically induced coma.

Michelle previously starred in the 15th season of Bachelor, one of ABC’s popular series. She took to Instagram, confiding in her two hundred thousand followers (218,000) that she feels immensely guilty.

The star shares 50-50 custody of her daughter with ex-husband, Ryan Money according to UK’s The Sun. And she talks to her fans saying how she feels she hasn’t played her fifty percent of the part. The sobbing star posts saying:

“Since I only get her 50 percent of her life I feel like I have been such a pushover and so lenient. I have been a parent second and a friend first and if I could go back and change that I would.”

The former reality series star blames herself for not physically putting the helmet on her head. She goes on to say:

“Now more than ever our kids need parents who are responsible. I wish so bad that I wasn’t so desperate for her to love me. I wish that i could see how important it is for her to possibly hate me until she turns 18-years-old and can make her own decisions. I told her to put the helmet on and she talked me out of it.”

Her daughter seems to be on her road to recovery. But only time will tell us about the painful recovery this is going to be.

Sending out prayers for Michelle and her daughter! After keeping the followers consistently updated on the daughter’s condition, Michelle shared the news that the daughter has left the hospital.
