Piers Morgan calls Gal Gadot, Madonna ‘Cov-idiots’
Piers Morgan is certainly no stranger to controversial remarks. From identifying as a ‘penguin‘ to referencing Chinese milk as ‘ching chong’ milk, Morgan is in hot waters again. But this time around, it’s because of a Top 20 Cov-idiots list which he posted on the Daily Mail. He rightfully begins the article by saying that a crisis brings out the best and worst in people. And while the international death toll reaches 37,000, people would rather focus on this controversy than the Coronavirus.
Piers Morgan ranks celebs as ‘Cov-idiots’:
Morgan began the article by thanking healthcare workers all around the world. He acknowledged people working selflessly to help others. However, he drew special attention to a minority of people who, according to him, are tone-deaf villains. Morgan says these arrogant people exploited the crisis for personal gain. And Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot was the first on his list. He called Gadot and her ‘toe-curling accomplices’ as hypocrites. Moreover, he criticized the Imagine video as just another way of promoting themselves. Morgan called a bunch of multi-millionaires singing from their mansions diabolical.

During this disaster, many people such as Bob Iger and Steven Spielberg have donated $50 million each to the LA Coronavirus fund. Morgan called out Madonna saying her only contribution is posting a naked video of herself from her lavish $20M mansion. He quipped that:
I would imagine those candles alone could feed a health worker for six months. As for the rose petals, we can only hope and pray they don’t clog up her pipes and require a plumber to break off from vital emergency virus-related work to fix it.
Drake, Vanessa Hudgens, Jared Leto, and more:
Piers Morgan went out on a limb to call Hudgens a High School Musical buffoon:
[She] dismissed concerns over the virus as ‘a bunch of bullsh*t’ and scoffed:
“I’m sorry, but like, it’s a virus? I get it, I respect it, but at the same time I’m like, even if everybody gets it, like yeah, people are going to die, which is terrible but like, inevitable?”
Ms. Hudgens is like, in urgent need of shutting the f**k up.
He also called out Jared Leto on his ’12-day desert meditation retreat’. Leto claimed on his Instagram that it is mind-blowing he had no idea what was happening while he was ‘isolated’. But, Piers Morgan reminded us that even by March 5, numerous states had declared public emergencies and travel restrictions. That means either Leto doesn’t watch the news or he is ‘mind-blowingly ignorant’. Drake recently posted a video of his private basketball court with the caption: My life for the next however long. Morgan remarked that the video was very relatable to a family of 10 living in a tiny apartment. Unsurprisingly, his list also included Evangeline Lilly, Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
