Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Officially Move to LA
From what we are hearing, this move by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has been under planning and preparation for some time. And the move was executed quietly and smoothly during the coronavirus quarantine period. An insider reported that Harry and Meghan continued with the moving because of fears of closing off borders between Canada and the U.S.
The couple had been living in Vancouver Island, Canada after they announced stepping back from their royal duties as senior members back in January 2020. And now the couple enjoys solitude during self-isolation with their ten-month-old son, Archie in LA.
About Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s move
According to Forbes, reports began circulating in early February that the couple was looking for a house in Malibu, Los Angeles. It all makes sense now because we know Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland resides in Los Angeles.
British Press reports saying:
“They are close to Meghan’s mother and friends as well as to their new team of Hollywood agents and PRs,”
Los Angeles has been home to Meghan Markle. And there she enjoys the company of many of her famous celebrity friends like Oprah Winfrey and Ellen Degeneres.
People’s Magazine also reported this story saying:
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved from the home they were staying in on Vancouver Island. And are now settled in the U.S. They are in Los Angeles living in a secluded compound and haven’t ventured out amid the coronavirus pandemic.”
