Shane Dawson Celebrates Anniversary with Ryland Adams
The Coronavirus has taken over everything. So much so that our everyday events, celebrations, and plans are all on hold. Where people are postponing their weddings, we do see many others spending birthdays alone. YouTuber Shane Dawson, unfortunately, is one of those people. He had to postpone his fourth anniversary with long term boyfriend, fiance and best friend, Ryland Adams. And it is a huge setback from their celebration last year.
Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams’s four-year relationship
So, as most of you may know, Shane and Ryland actually met through a dating app. For the first few months of their relationship, they kept it on the down-low. The Shane Glossin’ star finally shows signs of his relationship to his fans around late 2016. They also adopted their pup Uno around that time.
Shane Dawson spent two blissful years with his boyfriend and the two became each other’s best friends. With Uno by their side, the three posed the perfect family. Although, a few months in, they got a cat named Cheeto. (That’s some commitment to Cheetos!)

Here’s the best part: For their third anniversary, Shane got down on one knee and popped the question! And Ryland said Yes!! Since then, fans have been impatiently waiting for the wedding bells. According to the post he makes on his four-year anniversary post, it may seem like Shane and Ryland may have been planning to make their anniversary one remember by getting married now. Well, guess they’re waiting now. Courtesy of Covid-19.
Happy 4 year anniversary to my best friend. I can’t wait to marry you when things are a little safer 🐷❤️🐒
Shane hasn’t really been one to post about his relationship all the time but we do hope that once they do get married, he uploads the video!
Currently, he’s working on a new video that will hopefully distract us all from the dark time we’re living in.
