Well, something like this happened again just a couple of hours ago. And it has lead to the KanyeIsOverParty and TaylorToldTheTruth trending on Twitter. Taylor Swift and Kanye West have an ongoing feud. And now, it seems like this is finally going to put an end to it. A closure everyone needed. Everyone except Kanye West & Kim Kardashian allegedly. The original phone call between Kanye West and Taylor Swift has been leaked by some internal sources. And boy, you will not believe it.
Kanye West & Taylor Swift Feud | A Brief Summary
It all started in 2009. That was the time when Taylor Swift was only 19 years old. At 2009 VMAs, Taylor won the award for “Best Female Video” for her song “You Belong With Me”. While she was giving her mandatory post-win speech, Kanye West jumped on the stage, took her mic and said:
Yo, Taylor, I’m really happy for you. I’mma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time!
Taylor was shook, everyone was shook and Beyonce was mortified. Taylor could not even complete the speech. Just a few months back, after 10 years of the incident, details emerged that Pink called Kanye out for what he did. She even posted this:
Kanye west is the biggest piece of shit on earth. Quote me.
— P!nk (@Pink) September 14, 2009
And Obama called him a Jackass.

Later, he apologized tearfully during a late-night show. Next year at the VMAs in 2010, Taylor Swift performed ‘Innocent’, accepting his apology. In 2013, Kanye West took back his apology saying he does not regret a thing. On a fan’s request, Pink retweeted her OG post and add text in it:

Fast forward to 2015 February, they hug it out and take pictures at Grammys. August 2015, Taylor Swift honored Kanye West at VMAs by presenting him with the Video Vanguard award. (Read this again carefully…you’ll see details later).
Jump to February 2016, Kanye West released “Famous” where he called Taylor Swift a bit*h. The lyrics go like this:
For all my Southside n****s that know me best
I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex
Why? I made that bit*h famous
…& brief summary continues
The same month, Taylor sent a message to him during her Grammys win speech:
I want to say to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments and your fame.
In June 2016, Kim Kardashian defended Kanye West in an interview.
She totally approved that, She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn’t. I swear, my husband gets so much s**t for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved.
The same month, after Kim Kardashian’s defense, Kanye West released the infamous video of the song ‘Famous’. He actually used a naked figure of Taylor Swift in the song, without her consent.
In July 2016, Kim Kardashian shared clips of the call between Taylor Swift & Kanye West, confirming Taylor approved the lyrics. KimExposedTaylorParty started to trend on Twitter. Due to which, Taylor came to her defense and said:
Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me ‘that b***h’ in his song? It doesn’t exist because it never happened.
Unfortunately, the Internet did not believe her. Until now! You can read more details of the feud, and about the songs Taylor made later on Kim Kardashian & Kanye West, here.
