Supernatural series finale production on pause

0 462

A sad year for us, as we bid farewell to a season we grew up. The Winchester brothers will be no more. Saving the world, doing family business. Season 15 of Supernatural is to be the last of the series. With only a few episodes left, CoronaVirus has impacted our favorite season’s production as well.

Supernatural’s finale delayed

This season will have only 20 episodes. The recent episode was aired on March 16, 2020. Fear not, I won’t be dropping any spoilers about God or Jack, duh! News is constantly coming about productions stopping of seasons and series. Not only that, but concerts and festivals have also been canceled as well. This is the reason why the CW has sent everyone including the cast and the crew home, till the government fixes the problem. As the season’s production is still not complete, there’ll be a delay of Chuck knows how long. Apparently there were only two weeks left till season’s wrap and the finale was to be aired on May 18, 2020.

In an interview that aired on March 16, 2020, we got to know of some hints from the cast themselves. And it doesn’t look good for us fans. Misha Collins gave a very explicit picture that they know what the final episode is as they were close to shooting it at that time. What more is that he is sure that there won’t be a dry eye in the audience. Yeah like I said, not pointing towards a happy ending we were looking for our boys right? Also, Jensen Ackles added that he is going to have a very ugly-crying situation going on in the Supernatural season 15 finale. So, all this doesn’t point towards a happy ending for the Winchester brothers. Although we did see some of our favorite cast members from the past, it’s going to be a tough goodbye nonetheless.
