Jonas Brothers Cancel their Las Vegas performance
The Jonas Brothers got back in 2019 and have been blessing us with songs from their album “Happiness Begins”. After that, their newest single dropped on January 17, 2020, called “What A Man Gotta Do”. They performed their song live at the Grammys.
Jonas Brothers Las Vegas performances
In January, the Jonas Brothers announced their Las Vegas short tour, which was to take place between April 1, 2020, and April 18, 2020. Before making this announcement, they did a teaser video in which they are seen roaming about in their car in Las Vegas. What a way to do marketing right?
On March 12, 2020, the Nevada governor declared an emergency because of the CoronaVirus pandemic. Following the announcement, the Jonas Brothers had to, unfortunately, cancel their April performances in Las Vegas as well. They promised the fans that they will be given refunds.
We love you guys and we are praying for everyone’s safety and wellness. We’ll see you soon ❤️ pic.twitter.com/4qxqdXSl1f

The move was made in order to keep the band members, staff and the fans safe from any mishap. No statement has been made on a reschedule yet as no one is sure how long the quarantine situation has to be carried out.
Other than the Jonas Brother many cancellations have also been making news. These include Shania Twain and Kelly Clarkson. Also, AEG and Live Nation stopped their ongoing concerts because of the pandemic. Not only that but festivals like “SXSW”, “Ultra Music Festival” and “Big Ears Festivals” have also been canceled for 2020. Whereas, Coachella, J. Cole’s Dreamville and Treefort have been delayed and will commence in the later parts of the year. The big Blockbusters like Fast & Furious 9, James Bond and Quiet Place II are among the many movies which have delayed the release of the film because of the pandemic. Production of upcoming movies and series has also been stopped. Everyone seems to be staying home safe.
