So, as Dobrev counted days down til Run This Town hit the theatres, she ran up the hills. The Lion’s Gate hike track is a two-three hour-long trek which is relatively not that difficult in its walk. According to Inside Guide, the track is a good workout for locals.

It’s no wonder that the Lion’s Head trail is the most popular among the Cape’s many hikes: it’s relatively short, offers a great workout, and the views from the summit are well worth the trip.

Nina Dobrev herself woke up at 5 a.m, had a load of coffee and then, went on her merry way to hike.

I’m not a morning person but this view makes me look forward to waking up at 5am for a hike. No coffee necessary. Okay, that’s a lie, sooooo much coffee, but sooooo worth it.

Nina is doing a great split in the picture and she seems extremely energetic.

Although, we found that even though Nina Dobrev says it is a beautiful view from Lion’s Gate in the morning, the night view of Capetown’s hiking mounting is to die for.
