Disney+ to be released with 850+ titles in UK
Disney+ is going head to head with Netflix!
Disney+ has opened the floodgates and revealed 850+ titles that will be available in the UK. The streaming service will bring more than 500 movies, 350 series, and 26 original titles. It will be launched in the UK on 26 March, for just £50 a year (£4.17 a month.)
Movies available on Disney+
The service is boasting some titles not available in the US due to rights issues. The list contains more than 30 movies of Marvel Cinematic Universe. It includes Black Panther, GOTG, but not the Spider-Man movies. Disney Plus will also have eight episodes of the Star Wars franchise. The Rise of Skywalker will be available later within the year.
Disney+ will also include the Fox portfolio: X-Men movies such as Days of Future Past and the Fantastic Four. The streaming service will also pack 20 Pixar films such as Toy Story 4 or Finding Nemo. The animated category will also include classics like The Cinderella.
However, Disney isn’t just flexing its animated and CGI movies like the Avatar. It will also feature fan-favorite movies like Pirates of the Caribbean, Home Alone saga, Hannah Montana, Mrs. Doubtfire, etc.
Endless binging of TV shows
Fans rejoice as Disney+ announced in a tweet that all 30 seasons (over 600 episodes) of The Simpsons will be available on launch:

Childhood shows from Disney TV will be streamed e.g. Phineas & Ferb, Kim Possible and many, many more. High School Musical series will also be available. However, Disney+ isn’t only bringing back the old shows. Critically acclaimed, The Mandalorian is also streaming on and more MCU shows are also on the way. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and WandaVision have been slated to release in the next years. Disney+ also features shows from The National Geographic. Shows like The World Acc. To Jeff Goldblum are also in the works.
