Katy Perry is all set to get married. Orlando Bloom and Katy got engaged last year in February 2019. And now, they are planning their Japanese wedding in June. However, some fans are worried that it might not be a good time to travel to Japan as it is one of the six countries on the CDC’s travel advisory list. Reason: CoronaVirus. Anyhoo, that’s not going to stop Katy to express her love and embrace her demons from the past. Her latest release, Never Worn White, is dedicated to the love of her life: Orlando Bloom. That’s not it, she also confirmed her pregnancy in the music video.

Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom | Couple Goals

Back in 2010, Katy Perry married Russell Brand in a Hindu Ceremony. However, the couple only stayed together for 14 months. In December 2011, Brand announced that he is divorcing Katy due to her commercial success. Katy was devastated at the news and she even contemplated suicide. She only got a text from him, saying he is divorcing her. And she never heard from him again.

At first when I met him he wanted an equal, and I think a lot of times strong men do want an equal, but then they get that equal and they’re like, I can’t handle the equalness.

Orlando Bloom can handle the ‘equalness’ and he has proved it. That’s why Katy Perry’s first released song for 2020 is a wedding-themed ballad. Never Worn White gives her fans a scoop of her love life.

Thank God that you were man enough to come
Answer my mamma’s prayers
You asked the question, I said, “Yes”
But I’m scared.

Planning The Future & Baby

Through the words that she sings from the core of her heart, Katy Perry confirms that she has never worn white [even though she was married before]. This time, she wants to get it right.

‘Cause I’ve never worn white
But I wanna get it right
Yeah, I really wanna try with you.

Katy Perry seemed to be pregnant in the music video, and the end of the video confirmed it. She is expecting her first child with Orlando Bloom. And that’s not all. Katy wants a full family tree in the next 60 years.

See us in sixty years with a full family tree (I do)
Give my blood, sweat, and tears to reach our destiny

The song is not just an ode to her love for Orlando. In fact, the lyrics do sound like wedding vows as well.

I’ve stood on the edge of love
But never took the leap
And you took my armor off,
And did it delicately
