Chris Hardwick’s Emotional Outburst
Chris Hardwick returned to AMC’s Talking Dead as the host once again. And while opening the episode, he had a very emotional outburst.
Previously, Chris Hardwick was fired from the sets of Talking Dead after allegations of emotional and sexual misconduct were launched from his ex- girlfriend Chloe Dykstra. The channel even banned him from his weekly chat show Talking With Chris Hardwick. Not just that, but other companies and industries totally cut off Hardwick’s association as well. And that he is perfectly appropriate to be associated with the company again. (Read full story- here)
Sunday night, on the first episode of his return, Chris Hardwick teared up a little. While opening the episode, he announced that he was very appreciative of being there again. And that he wanted to thank the Talking Dead community for all the support. He said that the show was not just a job. But also a great part of his life for the past seven years.
While talking further, Chris Hardwick shared that the show was with him through his good and bad times. And also expressed his gratitude towards his fans, producers, and the casts of the shows that made it a community. Chris Hardwick said that it was his community. And he was looking forward to being a part of the journey that Walking Dead shows was about to embark. By that he meant, the changes that they were going to bring to the show in the coming weeks and months. While coming to his traditional line, he said that he has never been more grateful saying this even though he has done that for the past million times. With that, he opened up saying ‘I am Chris Hardwick and this is Talking Dead‘.
Now that Chris Hardwick has returned to his roles in AMC, he has been re-listed on the Nerdist Industries website as the co-founder. It looks like her ex-girlfriend Chloe Dykstra has not take it well. She took her frustrations out on Twitter.
Hey dudes. Just a reminder: I 100% stand by every single word of my essay. I made sure it was unembellished, factual, and that I had evidence to back it up in order to protect myself in case of ACTUAL litigation (not a network investigation, where I’m not protected). That is all.
