Neil DeGrasse Tyson Doesn’t Like How Frozen’s Elsa Looks

What was that all about? We don’t know. Neil deGrasse Tyson took to criticising fan favourite Elsa from Frozen movie series. Apparently he did not like how the designers created her, saying that she had “horse-sized eyeballs”. The astrophysicist likes to keep things realistic all the way in every way possible because he is not calling out the franchise like this for the first time.

Neil deGrasse Tyson Opinion on Elsa in Frozen 2

Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson has some issues with Frozen movies we like to believe. It was back in 2019 when he aimed a dig at the Frozen 2 by talking about inaccuracies in the designs of snowflakes. He uploaded posters of both movies for comparison, tagging Disney and reminding them there they still have time to “fix it”. He said:

This time, he aimed his guns at Elsa (Idina Menzel), talking about her big eyes:

We have one question: Why does he have to be like that?

He even had to write “occupying 4x the normal volume within her cranium.” Why does he have to ruin a children’s movie like that?

Fans did not appreciate his “realistic” remarks, telling him that the movie is only animated and does not need to be 100% accurate. Users even started ridiculing his remarks, telling him about a talking and walking snowman. Another gave him a reference of Disney’s Daffy Duck getting hit by an anvil and still surviving without a scratch.

DeGrasse Tyson has some issues with Frozen movies we believe, and most of it has to with Elsa. Frozen 2 came out only a few months ago and already we have been hearing about its incredible and innovative graphics and animations. The amazing detailing that the creators did with clothing and hair animations certainly puts all other previous animated movies to rest. Unfortunately, Tyson failed to notice all of that.
