The Bryant family is very close to Monica Denise. She loved Kobe Bryant like a sister. Therefore, the memorial was very emotional for her as well.
After Kobe’s death, Monica shared a pictorial tribute to Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, on her Instagram handle.
The pictures show Monica with Kobe and his wife Vanessa. They really make a picture-perfect family. Through these images, Monica paid her tribute to the legend and also promised him that she’ll never leave Vanessa and his girls’ side.
On the Kobe Bryant & Gianna Bryant Memorial Day, Monica Denise honored them by opting for black nail art, referring to Black Mamba. On one hand, she went for the text: Gigi.

Jennifer Lopez Tribute Through Nail Art
Monica Denise was not the only one to pay her respects through nail art. Jennifer Lopez is also a good friend of the Bryant family. She attended the Kobe Bryant Memorial Service with her beau Alex Rodriguez.
After the helicopter crash, Jennifer Lopez sent her loves, wishes, and prayers to the families who lost their dear ones in the accident. She also shared a couple of pictures she had with Kobe Bryant & Vanessa Bryant.

The memorial date of February 24 was also selected by the organizers to honor Kobe Bryant and Gianna.
