Kehlani, the 24-year-old R&B singer, and YG, the 29-year-old rapper, and singer started dating in 2019. There were rumors surrounding them that they are on the verge of breaking up. But on Valentine’s day, the couple dropped a song they collaborated on, called “Konklusions”. The lyrics are an answer to all the rumors out there that yes the couple has issues to deal with but they care about each other nonetheless. But then, Valentine’s Day (Shameful) was dropped.

Kehlani drops a bomb

Later, the singer drops her very own song in answer to Konklusions. Apparently, the rumors were true, things are not going well for the two. Valentine’s Day (Shameful) was released on February 17, 2020, on YouTube, and Kehlani wrote the song herself. Although she doesn’t explicitly name the guy who has broken her heart. But it’s not very difficult to piece it all together. She doesn’t name the guy because he doesn’t deserve recognition. Here is the heartbreaking song by the R&B singer:

The song is a detailed list of wrongdoings that the rapper did to Kehlani. He used her for fame and cheated on her. Despite all that she did for him he kept playing her. Not only did she help him get over his addiction, she turned his life around. Nonetheless, she gives herself credit for putting her all in the relationship. In moments like this when you are vulnerable, you ignore the signs that are right under your nose. This was exactly the case with the singer but she has moved on now for good. In a deleted tweet she wrote she is now single. Well, it was pretty obvious with the song but she had to make sure. Previously, the rapper’s disloyalty was caught. And his reps covered it up by saying it was just a drunken moment and he didn’t mean to hurt Kehlani.
