Currently, it is one of the most popular teen dramas on Netflix. Apart from Riverdale, Kj has appeared in multiple films like ‘The Hate U Give’ and ‘The Last Summer’. With his portrayal of Archie, Apa became a sensation among the fans of the show.

While talking about his American accent on the show, Apa revealed that he is originally from New Zealand. Although he admits that he is always confused for an Australian, he does not appreciate it. During his chat with Ellen, Archie gave KJ Apa the scare of his life

When Apa seemed annoyed by being mistaken for an Australian, Ellen kept defending her wife’s country, Australia. At that moment, a fake Archie jumped right out of the box and Apa almost knocked off his water mug. What followed was roars of laughter from the audience and Ellen. Apa admitted that he almost threw water on Ellen’s face.
