Bella Hadid Thanks Marc Jacobs For NYFW Show
Fashion month is here and the looks just keep on coming. One of the many faces that we had the pleasure of seeing is Bella Hadid. She is the go-to model for many high-end designers because of her 24/7 modelesque looks. The New York Fashion Week was between February 3, 2020, and February 12, 2020. Marc Jacobs closed the NYFW with a 15-minute show. Of course, the show wouldn’t be complete without Bella Hadid in it.
Bella Hadid and the show
The model thanked Marc Jacobs for having her in the show and its the reason that she loves fashion. Following is the Instagram post I am talking about:
I mean what’s not to like? Let’s dig in. The show started off with a flood of lights and a circus-like performance from ballerinas all over the place. Within the chaos, the models started pouring in clad in mid-century designs. In fact, the entire situation gave a rush hour feeling of New York’s Times Square.
Bella Hadid’s dress was a black sequin gown armed with white patent opera gloves almost covering her arms, accessorized with equally beautiful jewels and big voluminous hair. The idea for a hairdo came to Marc Jacobs when she was doing dress fittings. The British hairstylist Guido Palau made it happen with a wig and tons of volume in a short bob.
Following is what Marc Jacobs said about his entertaining show:
A past New York, I will forever love … mythical and chic with its beauty, promise, sparkle and grit.
Miley Cyrus the show stopper
The show was made even more dazzling with a surprise appearance from the pop star Miley Cyrus, who made her debut on Marc Jacobs runway show as a show stopper. Although it is not her first time working with the designer. Previously she has done a collaboration with the designer in 2014 and 2019. The show featured many more models like Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid, and Kaia Gerber.
