“A Quiet Place Part 2” Will Have Krasinski Back Again And Here Is Why
The upcoming movie starring Emily Blunt, A Quiet Place Part 2 just hit us with its trailer a few weeks back. The trailer showed something odd, something exciting. We saw a glimpse of John Krasinski coming back. The director-actor was a major character in the previous movie, sacrificing his life to save his family. Now that the Abbott family have found a way to kill the aliens, they are on a journey to some place. The trailer then takes us back to the time where the invasion first started, with people running in confusion and fear. Krasinski now explains what made him change his mind.
A Quiet Place Part II Will Tell How It All Began
John Krasinski was speaking to Ellen DeGeneres to talk about his return. He began with a joke about how his “ego” made him come back. Straightening up for the real talk, he revealed that the debut movie was a personal experience for him. The movie was important to him and he felt like people should know the beginning of this alien invasion. A Quiet Place Part 2 trailer shows Evelyn Abbott driving around town when she sees people running away from some unknown threat. She then quickly finds herself reversing her car at top speed to avoid getting run over by an oncoming bus.
Krasinski also praises his wife Emily Blunt for being an amazing stunt person. The car-reverse scene in the trailer is happening in reality, with Blunt reversing fast behind the wheels. The director tells the story about how he quickly explained the shot to her and while she was still trying to absorb it all, they were already going through with it.
Emily Blunt Sang A Song For Chris Martin
It was a few weeks back when the Blunt and Krasinski left Chris Martin‘s tribute to A Quiet Place Part 2 on “seen-zone”. To make up for what happened, the director urged his wife to offer an apology by singing a song. Blunt chose a tune of one of Coldplay’s own songs to sing her apology to Chris Martin:
Unfortunately for the couple, Martin has yet to reply to this apology. An eye for an eye, perhaps?
