Luke Perry and Cameron Boyce not in Oscars 2020 In Memorium
The Oscars 2020 was a night with many moments. The night honors the greatest stars in Hollywood. There were many memorable moments from the night however, it seems that the event went a bit down during the annual memorial. Every year, the Oscars have a segment where they remember all the stars who passed away over the last year. The In Memorium segment of the 92nd Academy Awards failed to acknowledge 2 of the very dire losses industry encountered in the past year. Cameron Boyce and Luke Perry. And viewers were not happy.

Disney star, Cameron Boyce’s passing, not included in Oscars 2020
Cameron Boyce was one of our favorite Disney actors. He started his career at just 10 years old and in 2010, featured in the infamous, Grown ups. Boyce then went on to feature in Disney’s original series Jessie from 2011-2015. He is a much-loved star who has worked alongside Debby Ryan and Dove Cameron. His passing last summer was a shocker for everyone. Since he passed away at such a young age. Still in the prime of his career.
Many viewers of the Oscars 2020 thought that excluding the young star was so unjustified.
cameron boyce had such a huge impact into a lot of people’s lives including people in the film industry. just cause his career centered mostly around disney didnt make him any less of an actor. him being left out of the in memoriam just felt wrong.
Luke Perry, the Riverdale parent’s passing shortly after last year’s Academy Awards
Luke Perry was also among the stars that fell during 2019. His work is notable as Archie (KJ Apa)’s dad, Fred Andrews, in the mysterious town of Riverdale. He is also popular from Beverly Hills and 90210. Also, not to forget, he also appeared in the oscar-nominated film; Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.
He passed away early last year, 4th March, and was paid a heartwarming tribute by Riverdale in one of its episodes. However, it’s baffling how the Academy Awards forgot all about him.
Wait a minute? Let me see if I'm understanding this…the Oscars had a memoriam and somehow Luke Perry was excluded despite that he's in one of the nominated films?! pic.twitter.com/3nth2skJHp

Well… it is unfair. Both were very talented stars in the industry. We hope they are resting in peace. But surely, their fans are angered about the Oscars just denying their existence.
