Hopefully, Sex Education season 3 would as good as the previous two seasons.

When Sex Education started streaming in 2019, no one knew what to expect from the show. However, it exceeded all expectations and opened up about one of the most controversial, yet important topic. Since the first scene of the first season, Sex Education has been very clear about its intentions. On the surface, it is a show about teenagers and their raging hormones but it keeps revealing new layers with every episode.

Asa Butterfield as Otis is lovable, relatable and the kind of protagonist teenagers needed.

The story revolves around an awkward, sexually repressed teenage boy, Otis. While he has no experience himself,  Asa Butterfield’s Otis is extremely knowledgeable in sex-related issues. Mainly, his knowledge comes from his sex therapist mom, played by Gillian Anderson. Although Otis may seem like a protagonist, in my opinion, every character is essential for the story.

Sex Education season 3 is rumored to return in 2021.

Although the details are not yet revealed, Netflix has released an interesting video featuring Alistair Petrie aka Mr. Groff. While walking down the gallery, Mr. Groff examines the portraits of all the characters. He discusses their plot-lines, characteristics, and attributes. Ultimately, he makes a stop in front of Eric and Adam’s portrait and says:

“Eric and Adam, I wonder what is in store for these two cherubs? Well, I suppose you’ll have to find out in season 3, won’t you?”

It seems that we will have to wait an entire year before we can know the fate of our favorite characters. Till then, we’ll binge-watch the previous two seasons.
