It’s almost time and we’ll soon have the winners for Oscars 2020. While everyone is busy speculating who is going to win the Oscar this time, the media and news agencies are sharing their predictions for the winners. Yes, it happens every year. Yes everyone tries to predict who is going to win it, not that they are going to win an Oscar for predicting it right. However, when there is so much hype, some people or mediums are bound to make a gaffe. And this year, the best Gaffe award goes to none other than The Academy itself.

Predicting Oscars 2020 Winners

It is a gaffe, but it still sounds cute though. The Academy joined the bandwagon and dropped its own predictions for the winners of Oscars 2020. However, they were not supposed to do so. It marks biases and prejudice if nothing less. But, fortunately, they soon realized their mistake and deleted the post immediately. Someone still took notice of it, and the news got viral.

Sound Editing, Directing, Sound Mixing, Cinematography and Visual Effects – 1917.

Actor in a Leading Role, Original Score, Film Editing – Joker.

Adapted Screenplay – Jojo Rabbit.
