Lady Antebellum Tour Starts in May 2020
Maddie & Tae and Jake Owen to join the 7-time Grammy winners on the road
Celebrated country performers, Lady Antebellum, are gearing up for an exciting music tour to promote their newest album Ocean. And this is nothing less than an early Christmas present for fans of the genre. The announcement comes hot on the heels of the record release which took place last November. The band will kick things off in May and travel around North America till early fall.
Lady Antebellum Tour Itinerary
In January 2020, Lady Antebellum revealed the dates for their upcoming Ocean 2020 Tour. The multi-Grammy winning trio will get the trip underway with a performance at the Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque on May 21.
From there, the group will be moving on to places like Phoenix, San Diego, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Toronto, Charlotte, and Chicago among others. The 40-date adventure will conclude in Nashville on September 12 if no other stops are added to the schedule later on.
Special Guests Accompanying Lady Antebellum
Yes, you read that right! Lady Antebellum isn’t hitting the road on its own. They’ve got fellow country artists Jake Owen and Maddie & Tae coming with them on their latest music tour. The band confirmed this in a tweet on January 3.
An accompanying promotional video features the three acts huddled around a table in a Nashville pub to generate ideas for a collaborative cover song. This is followed by an impromptu karaoke session where they all take turns singing a variety of hits. such as “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” “Tubthumping,” “Waterfalls,” and “Say My Name.”
As of this moment, Lady Antebellum will be performing 40 concerts in as many cities. Below is the complete tour schedule with tickets now available.
Ocean is the 7th studio album by Lady Antebellum. Prominent tracks include the hit singles “What If I Never Get Over You” and the title track “Ocean.” The former peaked at number 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
