Bill Gates Is Thrilled On His Daughter’s Engagement

Bill Gates created the billion-dollar company Microsoft with co-founder Paul Allen in 1975. But this post is not about his many achievements and creations in the world of technology. Jennifer Katherine Gates, his daughter, recently made headlines. She is engaged to her long time boyfriend.

A little about Jennifer Gates

Bill Gates’ daughter, Jennifer Gates, studied from Stanford University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology. She is very passionate about this field, as she has recently published a research paper. Additionally, she shares her passion for equestrian sports with her fiancé. Jennifer Gates and Nayel Nasser are members of Paris Panthers.

Bill Gates’ son-in-law-to-be, Nayel Nassar, is a 29-year-old Egyptian showjumper. He proposed to his 23-year-old girlfriend on a skiing trip. Born in Chicago, and raised in Kuwait, Nayel Nassar is also a graduate of Stanford University, with a degree in economics. During his last semester, he decided to go pro in the sport, as he had just won a major competition. But now he is busy putting all his time and effort into the sport. As a consequence, his country Egypt secured a spot in the 2020 Olympics after 60 years. Nayel Nassar is ranked at number 35 globally in the sport. Moreover, he will represent Egypt in “showjumping” at Tokyo’s 2020 Olympics

The couple’s philanthropic work is no news. Bill Gates with his wife, established the world’s largest private charitable organization. Reportedly, Forbes estimates that the foundation has donated $35.8 billion worth of stocks from Microsoft.
