Hours have passed after the tragic helicopter accident of Kobe Bryant, her daughter Gianna and seven others and the world have still not moved on. While the world lost a legendary basketball player, his family lost a loving father and a good husband. The noise of the crash was heard all over the world as stars and celebrities reached out to pay tribute to the fallen player and everyone else on board. During all this, a small percentage of the fans lashed out at LeBron James for the most bizarre reasons over the death of Kobe Bryant. James has finally spoken up about the news now.

LeBron James Is Devasted About His “Brother” Kobe’s Death

The Los Angeles superstar, LeBron James chose to remain quiet hours after the news of the death of Kobe Bryant hit the channels and the Internet. This sparked a lot of hatred from the fans who went as far as claiming that he was to blame for the tragic accident. This is mostly because just a night before the air crash, James surpassed Bryant’s third place in all-time high points scored, putting him in the fourth place. Bryant’s last tweet is of him congratulating his mate for the performance.

However, a portion of the fans did not take this positively and lashed out at LeBron James, who did not say a word after the accident. Now, he has broken his silence to talk about his friend Bryant.

“I try I begin crying again just thinking about you, niece Gigi and the friendship/bond/brotherhood we had! I literally just heard your voice Sunday morning before I left Philly to head back to LA. Didn’t think for one bit in a million years that would be the last conversation we’d have.”

Bryant, his daughter Gianna (13) and others were heading to Thousand Oaks where she was to play with her team. The other victims include a community college baseball coach, his wife, and a daughter; they now leave behind a pair of children who did not travel. The others are an assistant girls basketball coach and her daughter. The pilot also died in the crash.

LeBron James promises to honor the legacy Kobe Bryant left behind:

I promise you I’ll continue your legacy man! You mean so much to us all here especially #LakerNation💜💛 and it’s my responsibility to put this shit on my back and keep it going!!

Now that LeBron James has spoken up, maybe this will put haters off his back.
