Adele is very private about her personal life, and why shouldn’t she be? But one thing which she can not hide is her weight loss as curious fans really started asking a lot of questions. Adele’s weight loss is not just any normal body change, it comes after one of the lowest days of her life. Hence, it really got our attention when her recent pictures surfaced. Apparently, the “Hello” singer’s body change comes after her divorce, and her former trainer claims that it was exactly because of that.

Adele’s Divorce Led To Her Weight Loss?

Adele’s weight loss linking to her divorce comes from her ex-trainer Camila Goodis, who worked with her following the birth of her son Angelo. She said in an interview to HollywoodLife that she believes Adele is happy after her divorce. She thinks that being good after that kind of low is a great motivation:

“…I think that’s a great motivation to feel good, even better, about yourself. I am divorced myself, and I do remember after my divorce I said, ‘You know what? I’m going to look at the best version of myself, not for him or for anyone. For myself, me.”

Goodis continued to explain that according to her Adele also feels the same way. The trainer believes that the divorce turned out to be “very positive” for the singer because it made her look fantastic. Hence, Adele’s weight loss is just a consequence of what happened after her divorce.

Though we do not know exactly how much, but Goodis thinks that Adele lost some 70 pounds during her weight loss transformation.

“I don’t think she needs to lose any more weight. She’s got it now a good weight for her, she looks good.”

Here is one of Adele’s recent photographs, pictured in a beachside in 2020:
