The new trailer of The Gentlemen reveals that we are getting a crime-comedy from Guy Ritchie in 2020. If you want to see top-class action mixed with classical acting and some amazing dialogues, we believe this is it. Starring Matthew McConaughey, need we say more about what to expect? If you have seen Ritchie’s previous Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, this is also something that you will like.

In ‘The Gentlemen’, Matthew McConaughey will play the role of the kingpin of a weed empire in London. He faces threat from several who are trying to get a piece of his empire. Although he is looking to sell his business to get out, the sly foxes after him are really eager to take him out. These include Charlie Hunnam, Colin Farrell, Eddie Marsan, Hugh Grant, and Michelle Dockery. This starts a blend of chaos, deception, and violence. It is apparent that this new movie will contain surprises, thrills, threats and a whole lot of double-crosses. We can see McConaughey asserting his dominance over the others by implying that he is a lion.

Trailer 2 Is Out Now As Well!

Seemingly a mid-budget film, the star-driven line up makes it even more exciting to see how Guy Ritchie will deliver another of his masterpiece. The following is the second trailer released on a few days back:

‘The Gentlemen’ is arriving in cinemas on January 24, 2020. However, the UK will get to see it at the start of January. The timing is just right and will help Ritchie a lot. Usually, Guy’s movies have a male-dominant demographics and nothing out of the usual is expected this time as well. The fact that Matthew McConaughey is featuring in the film is reason enough to go and watch it.

ScreenDaily discusses the film’s actors. They claim that Guy Ritchie’s stars will have to take on a huge responsibility in order to accurately pull off what the director wants. They also said the McConaughey’s choice to do the movie “sums up The Gentlemen’s fortunes best.”
