Kumail Nanjiani Goes Shirtless As He Jacks Up For Marvel’s Eternals
Marvel’s Eternals is going to display to us a jacked-up Kumail Nanjiani. The upcoming MCU superhero venture has a star-studded lineup and Kumail is not going to be the one to fall short of fame. The studios are preparing itself for oncoming Phase 4 which seemingly includes storyline related to Black Widow as well. After its May 2020 release, the focus will be on Eternals, which Kevin Feige has said to be a “risk”.
Kumail Nanjiani Shares A Gym Shots
On Instagram, Kumail Nanjiani displayed two shiny pictures of himself posing, what seems to be, at the gym. The actor has mostly done comedy roles as a normal everyday character, such as in Silicon Valley and Stuber starring Dave Bautista.
Showcasing his new look he posted the following:
Kumail gives the credits to trainers and nutritionists who were hired by Marvel, the “biggest studio in the world”. He said that he found out a year ago that he will be starring in Marvel’s Eternals. Kumail Nanjiani decided then and there that he has to get all jacked up to display a proper acting performance. All the superheroes are jacked up and that is pretty much the norm in every Marvel superhero movie as well. Apart from Robert Downey Jr and Jeremy Renner, almost all the superheroes have a gym-chiseled body.
“I never thought I’d be one of those people who would post a thirsty shirtless, but I’ve worked way too hard for way too long so here we are. You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.”
Kumail Nanjiani played us really well, well-chosen words right there. At the end of the post, embarrassed Kumail also mentions his wife, Emily Gordon, for putting up with his whining and workout talks. He promised her that he will become interesting once again. He even got an interesting offer to host a male show because of his body transformation.
The Marvel’s Eternals star will now join the list of actors in Marvel who went through body transformations. This includes Paul Rudd for her role as Ant-Man, Chris Pratt for Guardians of the Galaxy, Chris Evans for Captain America, and now Kumail Nanjiani for Eternals.
