In the last year, there have been so many reported cases of sexual harassment and assault in our surroundings. During this wave of enlightenment, a lot of our celebrities also took the chance to speak out. Among those who voiced their pain were famous Oscar Winner Gwyneth Paltrow and actress Rose McGowan. The subject of both their sexual abuse was director, film-maker and producer, Harvey Weinstein.

According to a news.com article, Weinstein has been accused of;

He is charged with five counts of predatory sexual assault, criminal sex act and rape in the cases and faces up to life in prison if convicted.

Well, that’s, inhumane.

As if the situation isn’t bad enough, Weinstein talked about all his contributions to developing the female image in the industry. He thinks all his efforts are going down the drain.

It all got eviscerated because of what happened. My work has been forgotten.

That is just despicable! How can one just validate their actions this way? After all the ruination he has caused, Weinstein still is asking to be applauded for his work.

Here is what Gabbie Hanna thinks of Weinstein’s statement.

After news.com posted the article, YouTuber Gabbie Hanna tweeted the screenshot of the article title.

That’s pretty accurate. The California fires destroyed many made and set homes. This damage caused was worth billions of dollars. There are so many things wrong with people justifying sexual abuse and assault. Especially since it is such an immense social issue in our society.

Gabbie Hanna is popular for her personal takes, perspectives and story-telling videos on YouTube.

Harvey Weinstein should be punished for his actions. He was jailed but he got out after giving one million dollars. There should be better checks in place to ensure this kind of behavior doesn’t occur in society anymore.
